News from Neptune is a spontaneous and unrehearsed discussion of the news of the week and its coverage by the media, cablecast at 7 pm tonight in Champaign-Urbana and

Tonight's edition welcomes new panelist Karen Aram and new candidate (for Congress, IL-13) David Green. The first 9/11 (see below) and what it reveals about consistent US foreign policy, through the Obama administration, is discussed. Murder most foul.

Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, begins at the same time. The tradition in Rabbinic Judaism is that each person's fate for the coming year is written into the Book of Life on Rosh Hashanah and sealed on Yom Kippur. 

We in Obama's America have much to repent and to atone for.
