[Peace-discuss] Springfield journalist discovers that one of three candidates actually says something

Democratic hopes nationally seem to be riding with ANN CALLIS of Edwardsville, who stepped down as chief judge of Madison County to make this run. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is on her side. However, GEORGE GOLLIN, a University of Illinois physics professor from Champaign, has been making some waves, and is clearly out to overcome the idea that this primary is decided. DAVID GREEN, a social policy analyst also of Champaign, is in the race as well, saying he wants to represent families of workers who “produce the vast wealth that is unjustly appropriated by the robber barons of our era.”
