For those who are not familiar with the Franklins, it should be noted that H. Bruce and his wife Jane opposed the Vietnam War/Dow Chemical at Stanford as grad students. Bruce wrote a book unraveling the POW/MIA scam that ran through the 80s and 90s. Jane has been an authoritative and courageous voice on Cuba.
