Many of you should refresh your memory of what exactly "Genocide" is, not
just throw the term around because it seems like the thing to do - comes
from the US Holocaust Museum

*THE CRIME OF GENOCIDE*

On December 9, 1948, in the shadow of the Holocaust
<http://www.ushmm.org/wlc/en/article.php?ModuleId=10005143> and in no small
part due to the tireless efforts of Lemkin himself, the United Nations
approved the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of
Genocide. This convention establishes "genocide" as an international crime,
which signatory nations "undertake to prevent and punish." It defines
genocide as:

*[G]enocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to
destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious
group, as such:(a) Killing members of the group;(b) Causing serious bodily
or mental harm to members of the group;(c) Deliberately inflicting on the
group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction
in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births
within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to
another group. *
