[Peace-discuss] Just Foreign Policy: Help the Progressive Caucus Limit the Iraq-Syria war

H.Con.Res.114 asserts "...the threat posed by ISIS requires a robust response from a broad international coalition, with regional partners playing prominent and leading roles..."

That's not quite English, and it's not kosher, either: it will be used as a stealth AUMF.

It's a bit disingenuous to get people to sign on to this with the thought that they are thereby working to limit Obama's killing. I don't think they will be. 

Wouldn't it be better to write in direct opposition to Obama's crimes?
