motivated and are intended to penalize, inflict economic harm
on, or otherwise limit commercial relations with the State of
Israel or businesses based in the State of Israel *or in*
*territories controlled by the State of Israel.*

Unlike the last attempt in the State Senate, this is a bill, not a
resolution. It's already on the 3rd reading, meaning it already passed
committee (Executive Committee, unanimously 11-0) and is scheduled to go in
front of the full House for a vote on April 26. It's cosponsored by senior
legislative leaders in the House, and was introduced by Rep. Sara
Feigenholtz. This has been in motion since late February.
