[Peace-discuss] Should the PrairieGreens endorse David Gill in Illinois' 13th Congressional district?

Of course, if we can get one who shares our values.  I don't think we should compromise on our main values, and if that means supporting someone not running as a Green, then so be it. .

Yes, but there will also be at least one Democrat, in addition to Gill and Davis.
The Q is, should there be a Green as well?

Apparently David Gill’s not interested in running as a Green for the local House seat (IL-13).
Anyone running as a Democrat will be a supporter of the Democrats’ pro-war/pro-Wall St. policies (even if covertly, like Sanders).
Should the PrairieGreens therefore look for a candidate who supports our platform?
The Democrats in control of the Illinois legislature have made ballot access almost impossible for third parties. 
It would take a lot of work to gather the necessary signature, but it might be worth it.
