[Peace-discuss] Hypocrisy from our congressman

Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL13) cynically fronts an attack on Obamacare by pretending to help veterans. (In his defense, he may not be bright enough to understand what he's been put up to.) His bill exploits a weakness in the malign Obamacare compromise that points out the need for Medicare for all. 

"The new GOP-controlled House and Senate plan to begin the 114th session with bills they say will create jobs — and could cause political headaches for President Barack Obama if he vetoes them. First up in the House is the Hire More Heroes Act, sponsored by Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.). The bill is intended to make it easier for small businesses to hire veterans and reservists by exempting those who get health care through the DoD or the VA from being counted as full-time employees under Obamacare, which requires companies with more than 50 full-time employees to provide health insurance or pay a fee."
