I guess that neither Morton Brussel nor David Johnson truly possess
any great intellect despite their many claims to this list that they
do - they don't know anything about me, but they can send out the lies
that abound about me to the list at large.  If either of them is
either really smart enough to tell the difference between fact and
fiction, they will do their research and find out who I really am and
then apologize for slandering me to all of you.

I will start with the claims about the Pentagon - the only time I was
ever in the Pentagon, I was a tourist in the summer of 1978 -

Next - there never was any "They" and Felicity Arbuthnot obtained
information from my next door neighbor's losing small claims court
case - my biggest regret is that I allowed the court reporter to be
dismissed from the appeal hearing held before a genuine Superior Court
Judge in his courtroom, which did not have an audio recording system
as did the Small Claims courtroom where the neighbor Jamal Fares, who
seems to have now failed at two of his small business enterprises in
Berkeley, California, lost the case on appeal and was roundly
castigated by the Judge.   Fares got Bob Nichols, who pretends to be a
news reporter, but who actually is mouthpiece for Douglas Lind Rokke
in Urbana and Leuren K Moret of Berkeley, and Moret to be witnesses
for him in this case.  (Both Rokke and Moret spin tall tales and tell
little that is true about themselves or about depleted uranium or
other things, but both are also all over the internet.) Arbuthnot
apparently corresponded with Moret.  Even so, she got the facts of the
court case wrong and Fares lost and paid us a judgment of $1000.  His
thanks to his wife for saving him from an extra $500, which the Judge
was about to add to the original judgment that Fares had appealed, was
to attack her with a barbecue fork according to public divorce and
domestic violence case documents on file at the court in Martinez,
California.   Arbuthnot can not even get the city for the small claims
case right.  The case was held in Richmond, California.  There is no
city of Richardson, California.  Arbuthnot did sloppy research just
like Morton and David did.
