I never claimed to know anything about uranium, but in regards to other issues that you have posted an opinion about on this list over time, I think your accusation that I have " no apparent intellectual curiousity or interest in actually learning "  would apply more to you than to me.
You obviously obtain all of your dis-information from the corporate owned media.

Yes, Uranium-238, naturally occuring Uranium-238, has a half-life of
4.5 billion years - that means that it is the least radioactive naturally occuring radioisotope - not only that, you and everyone reading this, along with everyone on the planet takes in a fraction of a microgram (one-millionth of a gram) of U-238 every single day of their life - this always has been and always will be - we might not even have humanity if it were not for Uranium - we certainly would not have an inhabitable Earth if we did not have a molten core and the molten core is due to the heat from the decay of naturally occuring Uranium - go talk with a Geologist at the University of Illinois - stop being ignorant and go learn something on your own!
