This is a link to a well informed, balanced view of Russia and how the US should relate to Russia. It comes from the publication of the American Foreign Service Association which represents more than 32,000 active and retired Foreign Service employees of the Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and other US foreign policy agencies. It is quite a counter-balance to the propaganda of US media and the bi-partisans in Washington, DC who act like they are ignorant of the facts in this article and are encouraging US-Russian conflict.
