Join the Prairie Greens in a political journey with Green Party Presidential Candidate Jill Stein! Everybody is invited to join the discussion.

Jill Stein is building a global movement for people, planet and peace over profit. She believes that this movement can never be realized within the establishment parties funded by Wall Street bankers, fossil fuel giants, and war profiteers. Instead, she is running with the Green Party, America’s only national party that isn’t poisoned by corporate money.

Dr. Jill Stein will provide a candid discussion of our need to change our political system, while protecting our environmental and personal health. Dr. Stein will share her ideas on how we can overcome our system’s dysfunctions and her insights on our environmental and health needs for a safe, sane, and secure future. She will highlight the roles each of us can pursue toward solving societal problems through our professional work, community engagement and activism, and political activity.

Dr. Jill Stein will join the Illinois Green Party for their annual state convention, and participate in a Green Party presidential candidate forum. The ILGP convention, which begins at 9 AM, will also include the selection of delegates to the the Green Presidential Nominating Convention, panels, presentations, and planning for our presidential petition drive which begins on March 29.
