Yes, but they are also predicting thunderstorms during the 2-4 period. Not safe for anyone to be outside.

Even if there are just a couple of us, we need to stay on schedule, holding umbrella's in one place under the clock if necessary, in case others show up. People are dying under worse conditions around the world than a little rain.
