Also, at the Rally on October 28  we have to show solidarity with our African American Brothers and Sisters. Black Lives do not matter at the Illinois Nazis College of Law! This current year they only admitted 3% African Americans into our entering class. They are just a Gang of Bigots and Racists against African Americans. I came here right after the Bakke Decision came down. The Faculty, including me, voted without dissent  in favor of an Affirmative Action Program for African Americans. If I remember correctly, before Hurricane Heide Hurd became Dean we had about 10% African American admits. She immediately cut that figure down to 5%, gutting our Affirmative Action Program for African Americans because she figured their LSAT/GPAs was a drain on our rankings. This gutting of our Affirmative Action Program continued under her tenure, the tenure of the next two Acting Deans, and then under Fired and Disgraced Dean Uncle Brucie Smith-5%. Now that we have a new Dean, Vik Amar, that figure has been cut to 3%, again in an effort to improve our abysmal rankings. As those of us who are educators know, African Americans need a "significant minority" before they  feel comfortable enough to speak out  in Class. The African American Voice at the College of Law has been silenced. So again, this has to be a part of our demonstration on October 28th. Black Lives Matter! But not at the Illinois Nazis Law School!
