The article makes it clear that with Clinton as president the world will get a continuation and intensification of Obama's wars and assassinations.

Obama and Clinton have made Trump a viable candidate with their pro-war and pro-Wall Street policies. 

95% of the income gains during this administration have gone to the top 1%; as a result inequality has increased, at an accelerating rate. 

Voters' rejection of the Obama-Clinton policies means that Trump, despite his obvious failings and a uniformly hostile press - is only a few points behind Clinton in most polls, and ahead in some. That's an astonishing situation.
