In relation to two issues that I've commented on, the NYT has recently run an op-ed on each, just to affirm the liberal conventional wisdom. Some pushback from commenters on the first issue; more interestingly, almost universal pushback from hundreds of commenters on the second issue. The 2nd article co-written by the well-known Krakauer.
