Using the analogy Mr. Martin puts forward below about Mexican drug dealers, Mexico might have more grounds for terrorism against U.S. illicit drug consumers, as they are the ones driving the market.   No consumers, no market (the capitalists tell us) unless the advert 'bidness' could create one with potential users who exercise poor judgment.
