[Peace-discuss] Thought for today

What did we learn in Kindergarten, or from Mom? “Sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me.”
Now, we know thats not true, names and "callous rhetoric" do hurt, especially the young. Once we’re adults we should be stronger than that.
What does hurt, is seeing children’s bodies torn apart by bombs and/or drones, watching them starved to death in our arms because we have no access to food or water.
Thats pain that lasts forever.
