Who do we BLAME?  Whose FAULT  was it?  Part 1,666

Similar, in some ways, to the recriminations that occurred among the Democrats after Hillary won the 2016 national election, on ordinary terms, with the largest number of votes of any presidential  candidate in American history, but “lost” the election on a technicality.  The Republican response was, as usual, that she had only herself to blame, & should “look in the mirror.”  So it goes.
