Translated from Orwellian Newspeak into Plain English: Oona went to work for the US Department of War helping them to  commit wars of aggression, war crimes, crimes against humanity and outright genocide against Muslims/Arabs/Asians of Color and their respective States in order to steal their oil and gas. For these professional services rendered Oona received the US Secretary of War Special Award for Excellence in Warmongering And Warcrimeing And Genociding. Caveat Lector!
