When someone my age begins to assert that those around him are living in a fantasy world - we recall the sentiment in the Latin tag 'de te fabula narratur’…

Get real, Roger.

It’s revelatory of the neocon/war party position that your great fear is that Trump will "denuclearize North Korea and ... will not renuclearize Iran ... That certainly is a scary thought”!

Trump’s threat in the campaign to let peace break out produced the hysterical ‘Russiagate’ nonsense and the political establishment's campaign to force Trump to continue the Obama administration’s heightened war provocations against Russia and China.

That’s had some success - how much is yet to be seen. The nefarious contributions of US MSM to US war-making from Vietnam thru Iraq and Syria are well known and even recognized by Americans, more than in the past.

Trump lives in his own fantasy world too, but maybe he will denuclearize North Korea and hopefully will not renuclearize Iran or nuclearize Saudi Arabia. That certainly is a scary thought. I expect that the Russian missiles will come with Russian technicians who might get killed by an airstrike against the missile site. That certainly is not something that bodes well for anyone.
