Carl,

Of course Putin is behind the French Yellow Vest uprising.
I just saw a Facebook post from a corporate media outlet that stated that several Russian army brigades went to France individually on vacation last month and began the Yellow Vest uprising.
The corporate media has been correct about everything else in the last two years in regards to the Russians hacking our elections and Putin controlling Trump, so it must be true.
