No, I was suggesting a vote for him if he’s willing to do what the Democrats in the ‘budget crisis’ weren’t willing to do - tax the rich. 

Biss is probably the best of a poor (in one sense) lot of Democrat gubernatorial candidates. And of course he’s not an incumbent.
