Are the pipe-bombs - none of which went off - a false-flag by the 'intelligence community' (FBI, CIA et al.) to convince mid-term voters to support the neoliberal/neoconservative establishment (more war & more inequality) - and of course to convince the Trump administration & reluctant Republicans to continue the belligerent Obama-Clinton policies?  —CGE
