Let me make sure that I understand what you're saying.

You're saying that the Libertarian Party believes in defending the First
Amendment rights of Julian Assange, even though, in one narrow legalistic
sense, Julian Assange has no First Amendment rights, since he is not a
citizen or resident of the United States?

If that is the position of the Libertarian Party, I salute the Libertarian
Party for having a principled position.

Perhaps the Libertarian Party could give a workshop on being a principled
defender of the First Amendment to the people who are persecuting Max
Blumenthal and Nina Paley.
