That's one of the ways. 65,000 individual contributors, if I remember
right, is one way to qualify. But donating a single dollar counts you
towards the 65,000. That's why a bunch of Bernie supporters [like me] gave
Tulsi $3 donations, even though they're supporting Bernie. They want to see
Tulsi on the debate stage, bashing the wars, driving the conversation in
that direction, raising the ante for the others, including Bernie.
