It seems that someone else had the same idea I had: Murray's article is 
copied at https://archive.fo/meaav as well (58 minutes before I acted). So 
for good measure I made sure Johnstone's is at https://archive.fo/Pa8NU too 
(or soon will be by the time you read this).

Articles like these have a way of disappearing when they're read too much.
