[Peace-discuss] Present crisis

The present crisis has the possibility of reshaping the country in a social democratic direction, by establishing the principle that the federal government has the responsibility of providing an adequate level of support and a decent standard of living for every American.

We need a fission in the Democrat party (like the Whigs in 1854) and the establishment of a party that will run a Sanders-Gabbard ticket.
