[Peace] moderated list

This list "peace at lists.groogroo.com" is now a moderated list. The
moderator is Molly Stentz (molly at onthejob.net) and the list is being
operated under the rubric of the AWARE (Anti-War, Anti-Racism Effort).

Moderation means this list will be lower traffic and basically just
announcements, organizing, and news. This will allow us to keep a
larger number of people on the list (those who can't handle large
volumes of email will not leave the list).

There is a new list "peace-discuss" for those who wish to have
unmoderated discussion. Please visit this URL and follow the
