[Peace] Scott Ritter/PBS tonite

Thanks, Jen. I have forwarded your other email of thanks to PBS to our TV
program director, station manager and director of broadcasting. We
appreciate feedback of any kind.

In fact, we are required, as are all broadcasters, to keep a public file of
correspondence. We use this public file to gage how well we are serving our
viewers/listeners and do make some programming changes accordingly. Anyone
can come down to any broadcasting station and ask to view the public file.
It has some very interesting stuff in it.

In fact, stations can be fined by the FCC is they don't keep a public file
or if they refuse to show it to a member of the public who asks for it in
person.
