North Korea has had nucs (also chemical and biological warfare munitions)  
for years and U.S. has always known that fact. Military operations in and 
around that part of the world have been planned and conducted with that in 
mind.   There is nothing new except public disclosure. Question is why? The 
unique response by threatening war on Iraq, who may obtain, versus North 
Korea who does is something to consider.
