DANCE TO CLOSE DOWN THE SOA!!!

Come out and perfect those swing dancing skills or learn how to dance! The
SOAW is co-sponsoring a swing dance with Swing Society on Saturday March 9.
8:00 - a beginning swing lesson (no experience necessary and no partner is
either)
9:00 - start dancing until midnight!

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
The beginning lesson is free and the dance is $3 (proceeds go towards
UIUCSOAW).

American soldiers in combat, counter-insurgency, and counter-narcotics at
Ft.Benning, Georgia.  Graduates of the School of the Americas are
responsible for some of the worst human rights abuses in Latin America, suc=
h
as the El Mozote massacre of 900 civilians, the murder of six Jesuit
priests, their housekeeper, and a sixteen-year-old girl, the =93La Cantuta
massacre=94 of nine Peruvian university students, and their professor, and =
the
assassination of Archbishop Oscar Romero.

SOAW has been leading a twelve year movement to close the school down.
