I think we should try to reach not the DI itself but the people who read it. 
  What about making lots of copies of articles people can read (I read a 
good one recently on what curfews do the ordinary people's lives and to the 
economy of te West Bank) and distributing it near where the DI is 
distributed?  Is that too expensive?
