[Peace] Latest info on trip to DC

Here is the latest on the DC trip to protest war with Iraq:

We still have three spots available, if you want to go.

1. Departure rally 10:00-10:30 AM at the UI Union near the corner of Wright
and Green. We will decorate vehicles, do some chants, and organize for the
trip. The DI will cover the event and also possibly the News-Gazette. We
are asking people going to DC to arrive at 9:45 AM in order to give us plenty
of time to get the vans loaded and groups organized. Items to bring include:
Sleeping bag, pad, pillow, food, water, change of clothes, raincoat/umbrella
(just in case).

2. We will be staying Friday and Saturday night at the Westminster Presbyterian
Church, 400 I St SW, Washington DC. We will probably arrive around midnight,
DC time.

3. The DC rally and march will begin at 11:00 AM at Constitution Gardens
adjacent to the Vietnam Veterans War Memorial, 21st St & Constitution Ave.
N.W. March to the White House. We will be meeting the DC student action
people there who will have signs available. 

4. We will depart DC early Sunday morning and return to CU early to mid
Sunday evening.
