If you remember the Feb 12, 1998 congressional discussion set up the attacks 
and 9/11 just provided the justification. It is becoming crystal clear as 
each new piece of the puzzle is revealed that this is sham for domination of 
oil producing regions.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Just hours after the Sept. 11 attacks, Defense Secretary 
Donald H. Rumsfeld suggested privately the possibility of using military 
force against not only the al-Qaida terrorist network but also nations that 
harbor terrorists, a Pentagon official said Wednesday.
