VERY IMPORTANT  that as many people as possible attend tonight's Urbana City Council meeting. Not only those who plan to speak, and regardless of having put your name on the list of supporters -- warm, breathing bodies are absolutely essential!

Please be there by 7:30pm -- meeting begins promptly. Those planning to speak should come 15 minutes earlier. 
It doesn't matter if you live in Urbana. It doesn't matter if you vote. PLEASE BE THERE TONIGHT
