[Peace] turnout next Monday at Urbana Council

I think that it is not only important to have people sign the list, but to 
show up, especially new people.  I think that it is not outside the realm 
of possibility that some of the VFW and American Legion people who were 
there last time but decided not to talk will organize better for 
this.  Also, Joe Whelan, the Republican council member who was absent, 
might well try to get fellow Republicans out there to oppose the measure.
As they say, t'ain't over till it's over.
