Towards a Globalization of Solidarity

Most of us can agree that the current form of Globalization is not working.
This symposium will present a different path that globalization can take.
Dr. Mark Weisbrot (D.C. based economist and syndicated columnist,
www.cepr.net) and Ralph Bronner (VP of Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps;
www.DrBronner.com) will be the keynote speakers. Other presenters include,
but are not limited to, Lindsay Robinson of the Illinois Student
Environmental Network, Hugh Phillips of El Centro por los Trabajadores (The
Center for the Workers), Meridith Kruse of the Illinois Disciples
Foundation, and Carl Estabrook, Green Party Congressional Candidate for
Illinois' 15th District.
