[Peace] Film and Discussion of "Gulf War Syndrome" at IDF This Thursday Night!

Hi all,

As part of the IDF's ongoing Human Rights Film Series
we'll be showing "The Dirty War" Thursday March 13th 
at 7pm in Bondurant Room of the IDF.

Vietnam Veteran Joe Miller and Gulf War Veteran Doug
Rokee will facilitate discussion after the 45-minute film.

"The Dirty War" depicts the health effects on veterans of
the first gulf war.  These concerns are still very relevant today
as the United States continues to use depleted uranium munitions. 

Matt Bisbee of Tim Johnson's office and Rick Winkel have been
personally invited.  I've also contacted the American Legion
and UIUC Army Recruiting Office.  A reporter from the News-Gazette
also hopes to attend.
