[Peace] Community Peace Vigil Happening Tonight

This message is to comfirm that the planned community peace vigil in response
to the beginning of a U.S. led war on Iraq will happen tonight, 5-9 PM at
Westside Park, corner of University and State street, Champaign. 

Forcast is for possible showers, so you might want to bring an umbrella.

Also bring signs, candles, flashlights and a snack to keep you going. Song
books for singing will be available.

There will be an open mike, and we're encouraging people to make statements,
so you might want to start thinking about what you would like to say.  In
general, were asking folks to keep statements to three minutes or less.

The tentative plan is to hold signs, chant, sing, open mike etc. from 5-7PM.
At 7:00 we will hold a silent candle light vigil for a half hour or so,
followed by more singing and open mike.
