[Peace] US tax rates: the poorer you are, the more you pay

Thanks for posting this informative article about Bush's tax policy.
However, long articles like this are generally posted to the peace-discuss
list rather than the peace list.  Just to remind everybody, AWARE has
three mailing lists.  The peace list is intended for posting announcements
of AWARE activities and related local activities, meeting minutes, and
such.  The peace-discuss list is the usual place for posting articles of interest,
and for discussing peace related issues.  Our third list, peace-action, is
the prefered place for making posts that advocate taking some action, such as
signing an on-line petition or writing your congressperson.  Such posts are often
forwards from nationwide organizations like Moveon.org, Voice4Change,
United for Peace and Justice, etc..  If you aren't subscribed to
peace-discuss or peace-action and would like to be, instructions for
