It's not from me, and it's not legit - don't touch that attachment!

The way the viruses have been behaving lately is by taking a victim's
address (in this case, the mailinglist) and forging a "From" line 
(in this case, braun at ...) *both* from the infectee's address book.
Since people tend to know the friends of their friends, such 
coincidences aren't uncommon.  Don't trust a "From" header, even      
one you recognize!
