[Peace] SDaS house to be bulldozed---help!

Our landlord, James Burch, is intending to raze the school building
sometime very soon (the bulldozing cranes are right there) at 409 N. Race.

All this is happening very fast---the boiler to the house next door
broke, and Burch(who owns the half block of land on North Race)
recently decided to raze the entire block of houses, our
school house included.

We will attempt to negotiate with him, to see if he can postpone the
demolition until he actually sells the land (he's been trying to sell it
for many years).

If that fails, does anyone know of another space we could rent in Urbana?

We would need a large room for performance/classes, and a little kitchen
and bathroom. That's it---and if there is space for permaculture gardens
outside, that would be great. We're good tenants--pay the rent on time,
with interesting projects being cooked up.

And if anyone has any other ideas(how to deal with landlords, etc) we
would welcome them.
