Please tune-in to, "Electing Health Care," 7pm, Tuesday, Ocotber 5 on
WILL-TV and AM-580.

This program is a 60-minute, live discussion and analysis of important
health care issues in the 2004 presidential campaign.  The focus will be on
three (3) major health care issues including: medical malpractice, Medicaid
and Medicare, and the uninsured and access to health care.Viewers will hear
from experts on each issue, plus representatives from the John Kerry and
George Bush campaigns.   A live studio audience, featuring health care
providers and associations from across the state, will monitor the
discussion and then have an opportunity to question the experts.

The six (6) program guests include:
Representatives from the Bush & Kerry campaigns
David Hyman, College of Law, College of Medicine and Institute of Government
and 
Public Affairs (IGPA) at the University of Illinois
Robert Kaestner, Department of Economics and IGPA at University of Illinois
Richard Kaplan, College of Law at University of Illinois
Noreen Sugrue, College of Nursing at both the Chicago and Urbana-Champaign 
campuses of the University of Illinois

The program moderator is John Paul of WILL-TV.

This hour long program originates from the studios of WILL-TV in Urbana,
Illinois.  WILL is located in Campbell Hall for Public Telecommunications at
the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
