[Peace] ACLU student memberships

At last weekend's Illinois ACLU meeting, they announced a 
decision by the board to offer free memberships to students (high 
school and college).  I think it's just for the first year, but even 
that's pretty cool, eh?

I can't find a specific contact person for new members on the 
website, but inquiries can probably be directed to the Chicago 
office by phone <312-201-9740> and/or email 
<acluofillinois at aclu-il.org>
