The "citizens input" session of the County Board meeting lasted about 1 hour 
and 15 minutes. More than 15 citizens spoke to the issue of the jail 
suicide/ phone issues.

If, after this presentation,the county board will renew the contract with 
Evercom -- they have hearts of stone. I am hopeful -- though it is certainly 
not a done deal. The Finance Committee will bring a proposal before the full 
board next month.
