[Peace] Speaker from Rwanda

Friends Meetinghouse, 1904 E. Main, Urbana. The title
of her talk will be "Healing and Rebuilding after
Genocide in Rwanda." U-C Friends extend an invitation
to the public to come hear Cecile talk about her
peacemaking project.

Cecile is president of Women in Dialogue, which brings
together Tutsi survivors of the genocide and Hutu from
families of perpetrators as well as released prisoners
who have confessed to participating in the genocide. 
Cecile will speak about the intensive healing and
reconciliation workshops organized by her group and
her concerns about the current situation in Rwanda.

Cecile's speaking tour is sponsored by African Great
Lakes Initiative. Donations will be accepted for
Cecile's work; checks may be made out to Friends Peace
Teams with Cecile's program written on the memo line.
