[Peace] Call Durbin on torture and imprisonment

I've been trying all day to call Sen. Durbin's office
(+1.202.224.2152) to support his (really rather tentative)
comments on the imprisonment and torture polices of the USG
-- and have been unable to get through. Apparently he's
receiving a lot of calls; the administration and the
Republicans are trying to make his remarks, rather than the
scandal, the issue. 

I had no trouble getting through to Sen. Obama's office
(+1.202.224.2854), though, to ask why he has not so far
supported his senior colleague: I was told, "Sen. Obama has
made no statement on the matter." Right.  --CGE
