In the summer of 1988, Noam Chomsky -- then as now the most cogent
political dissident in the US -- debated Richard Perle, then as now one of
the leading Neocons.

This Wednesday, March 23, that debate will be broadcast on "Digital
Citizen," on WEFT 90.1FM, 8-10pm.

Giving the lie to the notion that "everything changed after 9/11," the
debate shows the continuity in US policy.  I think you'll be surprised at
