Today the Circuit Court of Appeals threw out the conviction of Mychal
Bell because he was not tried in juvenile court. On re-trial, if they
do that in Juvenile court, they cannot charge him as a juvenile with
conspiracy. This gives all six of the defendents more time, which
their legal teams need.
     The 20th is still a big demo in Jena, but there will be no
sentencing on that day.
